Are You Ready to Release Stress?

I am so grateful for each and every one of you.  Whether you have followed the blog, and Facebook page, since the beginning, or this is the first entry you are reading – you are greatly appreciated!

For those of you who are looking to relieve stress and return to peace-of-mind, I have a gift for you! For the past six months, I have been teaching a live course, the “From Stress to Peace 21-Day Challenge,” in which I share all that I did to return to inner peace after being diagnosed with depression and anxiety.

In the course, I share tips for quieting the mind in meditation, daily practices for shifting negative thoughts, tools for forgiving and releasing the past, prayers for re-aligning with the presence of God, and much more! It is jam-packed with practical tools and resources that you can apply to your life right now.

When I embarked on this journey of spiritual growth, I had to piece everything together on my own.  I spent hours and hours reading books, listening to audios, taking classes, and more.  As I was going through it all, I thought to myself, “Does it really have to be this hard to get started on a journey of spiritual growth?”

As my desire to support others on their journeys grew, so did my desire to make it as simple as possible.  I wanted to create a “one stop shop” for anyone ready to get their daily spiritual practice off the ground (or to boost their already existing spiritual practice).

I recently created a self-paced, home-study version of the course and am offering it for FREE until midnight tonight.
